Our client is seeking is seeking for a Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator to join their accounting practice firm.
Support with all Bookkeeping work, preparation of quarterly VAT return. Focus on all general payroll duties. This role will be either part time or full time.
- Recording purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Posting of wages journals
- Review of Creditors / Debtors and liaising with client if any appear too old
- Review of overheads to ensure correct allocation of expenses
- Ensure payments of relevant taxes have been made when they should be
- Has previous experience with Xero
- Proficient in Excel
- Payroll experience
- Used Moneysoft - Advantage
