The Recruitment Specialist will work as part of the HR team and will be fully responsible for all recruitment activity on behalf of the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an internal recruiter to add value and develop with this organisation.
The Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility to ensure that the best talent is attracted, engaged and recruited
- Manage the full candidate journey both external and internally for the recruitment process
- Oversee and develop the end to end resourcing and recruitment process
- Develop assessment and selection methods and build talent pipelines for succession planning
- Simplify existing recruitment processes into efficient recruitment processes
- Work in partnership with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
The Recruitment Specialist Skills:
- Previous experience gained within an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Previous experience of improving internal recruitment processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise working day and able to work under own direction
- Previous experience managing ATS systems and reporting
