Main Duties and responsibilities:

• Managing full recruitment life cycle.
• Supporting the business with the development of job descriptions.
• Supporting the Creation and execution of strategic and reactive sourcing strategies.
• Creating sourcing strategies.
• Engagement and partnering with agencies.
• Identification of new sourcing channels.
• Candidate screening.
• Scheduling interviews.
• Managing post interview feedback.
• Initial candidate on boarding tasks.
• Conduct candidate check ins.
• Preparation of recruitment reports.
