Sales Ledger, Credit Control, AAT
I am currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Sales Ledger Clerk to join a brilliant team based in Reading.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Processing of applications, invoices, payments
* Monthly sales ledger account reconciliations.
* Chasing up overdue debts
* Matching cash receipts to invoices
* Maintaining sales ledger
* preparation and posting of journal transactions.
* monthly checks including account reconciliations.
* AD HOC tasks where required to support finance team
- AAT Qualified or working towards their AAT is desirable.
- Bookkeeping qualification/course is desirable
Experience & Attributes:
- Experience of Sage 200 accounting software would be desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Task focused with excellent attention to detail
- Willing to learn
- Good team player
