Barclay Meade are working in partnership with a Hants based business who are looking to hire an experienced FP&A Accountant. Due to business growth the role of Sr FP&A Accountant is responsible for driving the business through the numbers.

Barclay Meade is proud to be partnering with this Hampshire based employer of choice. As the newly appointed Senior FP&A Accountant you will report directly to the Divisional head and be responsible for the following:
- Coordination and analysis of group wide results
- Preparation of quarterly and annual budgets
- Analysis of results and making business recommendations
- Cost analysis
- Development and continuous improvement of reporting
- Investment and capital analysis
- Cost and management accounting
- Business partnering across the organisation
The role requires someone who is agile, enjoys reporting, creating new reports and driving improvements. It requires the ability to be able to see the bigger picture and suggest changes to drive improvements. The business is award winning and offers hybrid working. Experience working in a dynamic FP&A role would be advantageous.
