A market leading organisation require a Supplier Relationship Manager to manage suppliers and contracts across a range of services categories. Applicants need post-signature procurement expertise in contract management and supplier relationship management.
The Supplier Relationship Manager will work within a newly formed Supplier Relationship Management team. The main office location will be Hook, however attendance here will be required on a fortnightly basis. The Supplier Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing contracts and supplier relationships, on an EMEA basis across a broad range of services (marketing, consultancy, facilities, travel).
Specific duties of the Supplier Relationship Manager include:
- Develop and implement contract management and supplier relationship management strategies
- Contribute to the development of SRM and contract management - tools, processes, governance etc
- Serve as an effective interface between stakeholders and suppliers
- Develop cohesive and robust supplier relationships to drive performance
- Monitor contract compliance and supplier performance against KPI/SLA metrics
Supplier Relationship Manager applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Experience in a post-signature procurement role - SRM, contract management, vendor management
- Ability to pick up a range of supplier/contract areas - professional services, FM, consultancy, travel
- Ability to establish processes, ways of working, dashboards, metrics etc. in the SRM space
- The ability to foster collaborative and innovative supplier relationships
- Excellent stakeholder engagement -understand requirements, influence, engage etc.
