The Cloud Enterprise Solutions team, together with strategic partners such as Microsoft, Google and AWS, offers cloud solutions and services along the entire value chain. As one of the company's largest growth areas, work closely with their industries and neighbouring departments in order to offer customers an integrated range of solutions tailored to their needs.


As Cloud Expert Sales, you will develop the Cloud business independently and in close coordination with the industries. You will proactively identify and pursue new local and global cloud business opportunities and address the cloud portfolio and suitable offerings with a correspondingly targeted focus on the needs situation. They also work closely with strategic partners in order to jointly develop new potential and sales approaches.


Your tasks
* You act as the central contact from the Cloud Enterprise Solutions for a dedicated industry (depending on the current potential, possibly also two industries) and all cloud-specific inquiries and requirements there.
* Generation of local and international new projects or project extensions with a focus on Cloud solutions for new and existing customers in coordination with the sales managers from the industry * Continuous analysis of customers and global market trends for cloud business potential, requirements and competition
* Industry- specific analysis of customer requirements and advice at the customer's management level
* Sustainable addressing and tracking of cloud business opportunities with the integration and control of the relevant players from the required departments and external partners at local and international level
* Customer-oriented presentation and communication of the cloud solution portfolio to customers / interested parties
* Orchestration, prioritization, processing and maintenance the industry-specific cloud pipeline and corresponding pre-sales activities and offer processes.
* Preparation of offers and quality checks with a focus on the accuracy of fit of the solution, compared requirements, clear and convincing communication of added value for the customer, target price and price structure, conditions, references, profiles, back-2-back agreements
* Onboarding and management of required architects and special matter experts during the offer phase
* Support for assessments and proof of concepts
* Establishment / expansion and sustainable maintenance of an internal and external network with departments and complementary partners as well as development and further development of joint sales
approaches
* Portfolio brokerage and Project presentations to enable the extended sales areas internally and externally (German and English)

Your profile
* Degree in computer science, business, etc. Degree or equivalent with appropriate career and further education
* Many years minimum professional experience in IT in the areas of consulting, pre-sales and / or distribution thereof. 3 years of practical experience and success in sales or Consulting on cloud solutions including complex multicloud architectures
* In-depth and long-term industry knowledge as well as sustainable customer relationships in at least one industry (Public, Financial Services, Telco & Media, Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Energy)
* Current certifications with at least one hyperscaler (preferably Microsoft Azure , AWS, Google)
* Specialization in cloud security & compliance according to current market requirements (eg BSI C5) would be a plus
* Sales experience with medium- sized and large customers (ie also in complex structures)
* Confident, binding and winning appearance with customers and management
* Power of presentation
* High self-motivation and enthusiasm for cloud technologies
* Negotiating skills and final

* Willingness to travel (on average 2-3 days per week, Germany or Central Europe)
* Fluent German and English skills, spoken and written
