This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator/Payroll Officer to support a growing team on a permanent bases based in Basingstoke.

This is a part time role, with flexibiltiy available!

The Job

1. To support the Senior Payroll Officer in processing the company's UK payrolls ensuring statutory and contractual
compliance in all payroll processes.
2. To work in accordance with the payroll software provider's managed service processes and deadlines,
3. To liaise closely with HR colleagues to accurately input payroll data to the payroll system, including data for starters and leavers, absence, statutory leave, earnings and deductions, fixed and variable.
4. To accurately calculate adhoc payments for manual input to payroll system.
5. To collate and check the data interface files from the HR system to be forwarded to payroll software provider.
6. To review and check payroll system output reports, liaising when necessary with the Senior Payroll Officer regarding any
corrections required.
7. To produce pay period, annual and adhoc payroll reports and information for the business as required.
8. To support the Senior Payroll Officer in ensuring pension member information, held by the company's pension providers
is kept up to date. To administer pension member changes, such as starters, leavers, pensionable salary and
contribution information in accordance with scheme rules and statutory deadlines.
9. To support the Senior Payroll Officer in administering the company's employee benefits, such as private medical
insurance, childcare voucher and the share schemes.
