Contractor support

As one of our valued Contractors, we are always looking for ways we can improve our service and provide you with a better experience. To help us on this quest our parent company Gattaca has invested in improving the contractor journey.

We moved to our new system on the 3rd May 2021. This included a new contractor portal InTime, where you can submit online timesheets and view all their payment documentation in one place. We have integrated the portal into a contractors existing web account to make the journey as easy and seamless as possible.

InTime is very intuitive and easy to use, which is one of the reasons we chose it however learning anything new takes time so we have also created some user guides below to support you. We have done both a pdf guide and video walkthroughs dependant on your preference you can pick the most suitable guide. Please note, the video guides do not have sound.
