Southern Water provides 4.6 million people with water and wastewater services across the South East, extending from East Kent through to parts of Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Our vision is to be recognised as the UK’s leading water company. We will achieve this by:
Providing excellent customer service – which meets, and more often exceeds, our customers’ expectations
Embracing innovation and working collaboratively – so that we invest in and operate our treatment works, water mains and service reservoirs efficiently and effectively
Delivering value to our customers and shareholders – focusing on cost management and efficient investment to keep bills affordable and generate reasonable returns on investment.
We pride ourselves on offering a wide variety of challenging roles with more than 500 different positions across the company ranging from engineers to scientists, to project managers and customer service advisors.
These are exciting times to work at Southern Water. We’re getting ready to deliver a £3 billion investment programme and we are looking for top talent to ensure its success.
Community – so much more than water
We believe large utility companies should be at the heart of the communities they serve – not just providing essential services but introducing projects to enrich local life. You can read more about some of these projects here.
We recognise that our activities are important to the environment of the South East and its sustainable development but we also have a social responsibility within the community.
Jobs with Southern Water are looked after by our colleagues at our parent company, Gattaca.
