Solent Team Strengthened with Six New Appointments

Barclay Meade has bolstered its Solent team with the appointments of
Ian Butler, Craig Mincher, Lindsey Fraser, Alex Day, Tom Willoughby, Jade McDermott.

Ian and Craig will be working within our sales team where they will be reporting to Sales Manager – Alan Betteridge. Their focus will be recruiting mid-senior level sales, bids and customer service professionals across into a variety of industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Defence and IT.

Lindsey will be joining our finance & accounting team and focusing on the Southampton central market recruiting transactional and part qualified finance & accounting staff. Lindsey will be reporting to Sally Spicer, Finance & Accounting Manager for the Solent office.

Alex and Tom will also be working from the Solent office reporting into Jack Cornelius, Manager for Procurement & Supply Chain. Alex will be recruiting permanent staff and Tom will focus on contract and temporary opportunities into organisations in the Manufacturing and Engineering sectors.

Jade is joining our HR team reporting into Matthew Scott, HR Manager. She will be focusing on the North Hampshire region, specialising in the full HR remit, both generalist and the specialist functions.
