Introduction: Barclay Meade HR are looking for a Senior HR Assistant to join rapidly expanding and successful organisation on an initial 6 month contract.
This is an important role that supports the European HR Director with all people related & HR activities across the region, including diary management and travel. As well as maintaining personnel files for new, active and termed employees the Senior HR Assistant will be responsible for EU inductions and for all data entry in Oracle HR. You will coordinate flow of data between HR and other functional groups, i.e. Payroll/Stock, etc.
Suitable candidate will be responsible for maintenance and data integrity of Oracle HR/OAB records and for maintaining sickness absence records, including inputting all data into Ceridian. You must have previous experience of using both systems. Other areas of responsibility include maintenance of the holiday system, review monthly HR to Payroll interface reports to ensure accuracy, assistance with audit requests for HR data, administration of Training and Development Events including maintenance for the training record keeping system.
The Senior HR Assistant will be the front line for all employee questions, receive and process all employee paperwork and assist with meeting prep as needed, including logistics and material preparation.
Suitable candidates must be able to work under minimal supervision and with minimal direction and will be proactive, methodical and have a high attention to detail. It is expected that you will be CPP / CIPD qualified with any European HR experience an added advantage.
