About the Company:
My client is seeking a Training & Development Project Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract basis.you will play a crucial role in setting up a Training school for manufacturing shopfloor skillsets.

The job role
Your main objective will be to develop and implement a comprehensive training program that addresses the needs of the organisation. This is an on-site opportunity that requires your expertise in project management within the training & development space. You will be responsible for scoping the project, creating project plans, estimating costs, and ensuring the successful execution of the Training school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical training and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup of the Training school for manufacturing shopfloor skillsets
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program
• Create project plans and manage project timelines
• Estimate costs and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver tailored solutions

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in project management within the training & development space
• Strong understanding of technical training methodologies and best practices
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in project planning and cost estimation
• Experience in the Manufacturing/Engineering/Defence industries is preferred
