Graduate Procurement Engineer

Reporting into the UK Procurement Engineering Manager, the Graduate Procurement Engineer will be responsible for the technical evaluation and selection of suppliers, for managing strategic relationships, and for driving lean production and quality improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain.

Personal Specification;

Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Additional Professional Qualifications would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Manufacturing and Quality processes.
Supplier Management experience.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Self motivated and dynamic.
Flexibility to travel as required.
Ability to prioritise.
