Senior Software Category Manager

Large Blue chip company based in London are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager (Software), your main responsibility will be to manage all Software spend for the organisation i.e. software licensing, software asset management and IT applications. My client is seeking for someone who is looking for a step up in their career. Key responsibilities:

•Accountable for the strategic direction for software category i.e. software licensing, IT Applications and Software asset management. Developing and implementing mid- long term category plans.
•Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders, relating to the development of the software category.
•Provide commercial support for the companies global continuous improvement process.
•Deliver robust cost savings across the organisation.

My client is looking for someone who wants’ to make an impact on an organisation, and my client especially is looking for individuals who are looking to progress at a rapid rate.
