An excellent opportunity for an IT Procurement Specialist to join a well known organisation.
Role Responsibilities:
• Develop IT Procurement strategy for categories such as: Hardware, Software, Networks and Telco’s.
• Lead the execution of regional category strategies and development of sourcing plans
• Manage negotiation and supplier selection.
• Build strong internal and external business relationships.
• Identify new products and services that may impact on sourcing execution.
• Ensure contracts are completed for relevant agreements and SLA’s have been agreed with the business owner.
Skills:
• Experience of all IT sub categories - Hardware, Software, Networks and Telco.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of supply market, supplier capabilities and competitor activity.
• CIPS qualification would be an advantage.
