Tax Assistant Manager - Financial Services - Big 4

As a Tax Assistant Manager at this leading Big 4 firm in Bristol you will be responsible for working primarily on a range of tax advisory project work for life assurance clients. In addition, you will have the opportunity to become a specialist within an exciting Industry and gain real insight into what drives this business.

You will work closely with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners on larger clients, but take a lead role with smaller clients. In both cases, you will be responsible for supervising the work and development of junior members of staff. In addition, you will work closely with the Financial Services Audit team and specialists from other tax areas in order to provide tax support in accordance with relevant tax legislation and policy.

Desirable candidates will be qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA (or equivalent) with strong tax technical skills. You will have excellent communication skills including the ability to present and explain complex information. Tax experience is preferred, however candidates with a FS background and a strong desire to work within tax will also be considered.
