Corporate Finance Senior (TS) - Top 20 - Poole

You will be offered a unique opportunity to progress your career in an extremely interesting area of Corporate Finance and be involved in the full spectrum of Transaction Services responsibilities, including:

• Undertaking Due Diligence Assignments on a wide range of businesses.
• Identifying and understanding key business drivers.
• Establishing oneself as a key client contact.
• Gathering, verifying and analysing information, and formulating views.
• Planning, preparing and reviewing deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations and discussions with the client.
• Planning and monitoring the progress of the team and addressing any problems with client in a timely manner.
• Liaising effectively with other departments within the firm, especially M&A, and with other external advisors.
• Building upon and developing internal and external networks of contacts.
• Playing a role in business plan initiatives (e.g. key accounts, recruitment, and client service framework).
• Understanding the capabilities of the firm and looking for opportunities to sell additional services to clients.
• Taking responsibility for own learning and development, providing coaching to others, and participating in upward feedback.
• Sharing your technical and other knowledge with your team and the department.

No prior experience in Transaction Services is necessary as full training will be given.
