Insolvency Administrator, Top 10, Southampton

The main purpose of this role is to work with Managers and associate directors to progress solvent Members' Voluntary Liquidations ('MVLs'), including strike offs and capital reduction cases, from the pre-liquidation due diligence stage of work, through to the liquidator's appointment, realising assets, paying liabilities, distributing surplus assets and closing cases in a timely and cost effective manner.
