Senior Case Supervisor, Boutique, Reading

Working as a Senior Case Supervisor, you will be responsible for a portfolio of cases consisting of 90% corporate and 10% personal. The corporate caseload will consist of Administrations, CVA's and some CVL's with the personal caseload involving ad-hoc IVA's and Bankruptcies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff, involving delegation as well as guidance and assistance.
• Taking responsibility of all areas of work that needs to be completed and meeting all internal and statutory deadlines.
• Preparing reports, including D Reports/Returns, reports to members, creditors, committee and the Court.
• Liaising with solicitors, agents and other professionals.
• On larger assignments working as part of a team and being the main liaison point for outside enquiries.
• Dealing with difficult and/or non-cooperative debtors/directors.
• Responsible for ensuring statutory reports are completed in a timely manner.

Desirable candidates will be able to hit the ground running and be able to manage cases (approx 45 - 50) from 'cradle to grave'. In addition, be competent with compliance issues, a sound technical knowledge and new insolvency legislation awareness.
