Introduction:

Our client is a leading Aerospace company operating on a global level and they require a key addition to their spares customer service team. Currently recruiting for an ambitious individual that is looking to progress quickly in a large organisation.

The Job:

  • Some customer facing experience
  • Supply chain experience
  • Ability to challenge processes and people
  • Ability to build relationships and to drive results

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Primary point of contact and interface with customers for the management of spares and repairs orders.
  • Proactively contact customers and lead regular reviews of order status
  • Prepare, issue and expedite quotations with due consideration to business pricing tools and models.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Provide feedback to operations on customer service issues
  • Update and present monthly KPI’s and key customer metrics as required.

Experience required:

  • Degree Qualified or equivalent
  • Understanding of aftermarket contractual arrangements
  • Good communication and presentational skills
  • Proven previous track record within a Customer Service environment
