Sales Manager- Petrochemical

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for management of UK sales office including administration and sales force management. Current sales regions includes Europe, Russia (inc CIS)

Ensuring sales force achieve agreed sales targets and accurate order target projections for the regions.

Supervision of all sales team activities including design, costing, price setting, clarification and contract handover.

Overall management of contract commercial negotiations with clients for new contracts and contract variations.

Identification of any new product development and certification requirements.

Preparing and completing a Monthly Sales Report, and other associated reports within seven working days of the end of each calendar month.

Special Assignment:

Development of South/ North America market.
• To build a pipeline of prospective revenue opportunities to achieve annual revenue target
• Research and qualify additional sales leads to the pipeline through developing new clients and identifying new business opportunities.
• Planning/ conducting visits to Design houses/engineering contractors/package vendors within region. Targeting maximum possible appointments per visit
• Technical presentations to major operators and contractors operating within the oil, gas, petrochemical and related industries
• Manage and update company CRM database regularly.
• Registration of as approved supplier on all the projects identified and ensuring all the key players involved are approached.
• Following up all quotations and pursuing their outcome to a productive conclusion.
• Identification, management and recommendation of Agents and relevant agreements.

Position will require overseas travel.
