Strong coaching and management development experience
Barclay Meade HR are seeking a Learning & Development Consultant with a focus on management development to work for a major organisation.
This role will support and promote business and cultural change through the development and delivery of management development programmes and the planning & implementation of organisational development initiatives. This role will also promote & facilitate individual learning and self-development through the design and delivery of courses and through coaching & mentoring.
This role focuses on the facilitation and development of Learning Solutions which will not always be classroom based.
Suitable candidates will have experience of developing and delivering Learning & Development solutions in a corporate environment and will have first class communication and stakeholder engagement skills. This will be evidenced by the number and level of events, projects and coaching, which you have been involved with. This will include designing and delivering a variety of effective workshops and training events to develop employees and managers at varying levels, designing and running assessment centres, experience of advising and supporting change and substantial experience of advising managers on development and change matters, to different levels within the organisation.
Ideally you will have previously been involved with cultural change programmes and succession planning.
As part of the role you will be required to travel to support training and development initiatives.
