Audit Senior - Leading firm - Horsham

Barclay Meade is currently assisting a leading independent firm of chartered accountants in the search to attract an experienced ACA/ACCA Audit Senior for their Horsham office.

Reporting to the Senior Manager with minimal supervision, you will be responsible for a diverse client portfolio including sole traders, partnerships and corporations from the local area and further afield, including overseas. You will be expected to plan and lead audits for group corporations. Specialist areas will include Solicitors Accounts Rules and Pension Scheme audits.

A desirable candidate will be a ACA/ACCA newly qualified and currently hold an Audit role within a leading firm of Chartered Accountants (ideally you will have at least 70% Audit exposure as opposed to Accounts preparation). You will be an excellent communicator and equally effective working alone or as part of the wider team. If you have strong business and customer awareness then this would provide you with a great platform for continued future progression.
