Barclay Meade became Master Vendor for both permanent and contract recruitment at Claverham early in 2008. During the initial implementation phase, working in co-operation with HR, SLAs and KPIs were agreed across the business. To support delivery, specialist 2nd Tier suppliers were chosen and invited to become preferred suppliers.

Over the last three years, as the business has won key contracts, strong relationships have been built with the business and over 200 specialists have been sourced and placed in a variety of contract and permanent roles.
