In 2002 Matchtech won the Industrial labour contract at Babcock, supplying skilled marine trades contractors on a sole agency basis.

In 2003 Barclay Meade also won the Non-Industrial contract supplying technical and commercial permanent and contract staff on a "Managed Service" basis.
We now act as Master Vendors and manage all agency recruitment for Babcock Marine & Technology, this includes all recruitment activity for HMNB Devonport in addition to contract and permanent vacancies at Appledore, Rosyth, HMNB Clyde and Bristol. This ensures Babcock has one billing point for the majority of its recruitment costs.
