Barclay Meade is a proactive member of The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), the body responsible for representing the professional recruitment and staffing industry. We are bound by the Code of Practice and we were one of the first Recruitment Agencies to receive their Gold Standard of Recruitment Accreditation which proves our commitment to providing a high quality of service at all times.

One of our true differentiators is our staff and we are committed to their personal development. Our Consultants are regularly updated with the latest industry news and are experts within their sector. Several members of staff come from industry and so can tailor solutions to meet your individual requirements as they understand your needs firsthand.

We are also very passionate about the Environment and hold the ISO14001 accreditation for Environmental Management. We recognise that as a business our work may have an effect on the environment. Therefore we have committed to work hard to promote sustainability throughout our work. One of the ways we do this is to ensure that all our marketing material is printed on recycled paper and using recycled inks. We also have a close link with our local Wildlife Trust and run volunteering days on a regular basis.
